The Pem is named after Emily Wilding Davison, a prominent suffragette who was affectionately nicknamed ‘Pem’ by her close family. Well known for the incredible impact she made toward equal rights for women in the UK, Emily Wilding Davison pushed boundaries in pursuit of what she believed in with dedication, commitment, passion and care. All of these things Emily Davison embodied, are all of the things that we take incredibly seriously when it comes to food. Every element of each dish we prepare has been carefully considered and selected before it reaches your plate.
