High Street Kensington [Reformer + Reshape + Ride]
Reshape: Enter our most renowned workout, and go into full on sweat mode as you continually switch between the treadmill and the Rebel box, which comes complete with a full set of dumbbells.
Reformer: Pilates done the Rebel way. A darkened room, big tunes and plenty of fun.
Ride: Big playlists, amazing lighting and sound systems on par with a nightclub. This is the ultimate party on a bike.
Rumble: This hard-hitting session brings together boxing and strength work, for the ultimate cardio workout with added burn.
RIG: Custom created programmes will have you moving through four zones; bike, row, bench + rig.
